Artwork Upload Instructions
 

 

1> Click on Art Work Transfer from the main menu and enter the password. Next the FTP window will appear. The left pane are your files and right is the art folder to copy your files to.  If the two panes do not appear either Java is not on your system or you have blocked Java from running.  Click on the Java Icon and follow the instruction to install this free service.  Many other web sites use Java to provide you with a better web experience.
 
2> Click the MakeDir button on the right pane and enter the name of your company and your PO# ( No spaces) and click OK.
 
3> Double Click the new folder to open it.
 
4> Locate the file on the left pane you want to upload to your new folder, click once on the file and click on the Upload Button.
 
5> Check to make sure the correct file is in your new folder.  You can delete it in the right pane and re-upload the correct file.
 
6> When you have uploaded all of the necessary files, close your web brower.
